It is a **24,000-year breath** — 12,000 years descending toward matter, 12,000 years ascending toward consciousness. Humanity crossed the floor in **498 CE** and entered the pivot into ascending Dvapara in **1698 CE**. We are ~328 years into the new in-breath. This reframes AI — it is a Dvapara-age technology fully consistent with the ascending cycle's mental-energy signature. The Kriya Yoga body of knowledge is technical in the ordinary sense: reproducible physiological practices with specific effects on the nervous system and mind. The sun's path around a dual star (Alcyone, in Pleiades) drives the breath. Yukteswar's 1894 correction restored the arithmetic using the precession of the equinoxes, fixing a 360× inflation scribal error introduced during Kali's darkest centuries. ## Mahavatar Babaji's instruction (1894) Featured on `/world`, attributed to Mahavatar Babaji, spoken to Sri Yukteswar per *Autobiography of a Yogi* (Ch. 33): > "East and West must establish a golden middle path of activity and spirituality > combined.
